Zum Weissen Rauchfangkehrer - Vienna

Weißer Rauchfangkehrer is a typical Austrian restaurant serving delicious Austrian and Viennese cuisine, made with local, seasonal ingredients, with an added splash of creativity! Why not try something from their great range of Austrian wines, and let the soothing piano music take you to another world? Despite its name (rauchig means smoky in Austrian), Weißer Rauchfangkehrer is a non smoking restaurant. It was the first restaurant opened by Franz Sacher, the inventor of the famous Sachertorte.
