Santa Croce Church - Florence

Santa Croce is the church of the Franciscans and was built in the 13th century by Arnolfo di Cambio. It became the Pantheon of the Florentine People and, in particular, of Florentine Art. Spend a moment of quiet contemplation alongside Dante's Cenotaph and the Tombs of Michelangelo, Galileo and Machiavelli. Above all, come to admire the works of the great artists Cimabue, Giotto (and his school), Brunelleschi, Donatello, Vasari, Ghiberti, Orcagna, Gaddi, Della Robbia, Giovanni da Milano, Bronzino, Michelozzo, Veneziano, Maso di Banco, Giuliano da Sangallo, Benedetto da Maiano, and Canova... to mention just the most famous. What a cast!
