Salzburg Open Air Museum - Salzburg

The Salzburg Open Air Museum is set in the beautiful Untersberg nature reserve, and has a great array of traditional Salzburger farmhouses and cottages, dating from the 16th to the 20th centuries, including 70 farmhouses, barns, mills, craftsmen's cottages, alpine pastures, some dating back 500 years. Interesting permanent and special exhibits, a variety of events and handicraft demonstrations. You can also discover the museum by means of a tour on horse drawn carriage. Fun for the whole family awaits!
