Plaza de las Cruces - Seville

The tiny Plaza de las Cruces, or Crosses Square, features 3 columns, each topped by a wrought-iron cross. The tallest of these is an antique column that belonged to an unidentified Roman monument. Like so many other cities, Seville's inhabitants had no hesitation in regularly helping themselves to the odd column or well-cut pillar among the Roman ruins, which they then placed elsewhere.
