Mozart's House - Salzburg

With their family outgrowing the small residence they had at 9 Griesgasse, the Mozarts moved into a new home off what is known today as Markatplatz in 1776. Today the building is owned by the International Mozarteum, and converted it to a museum. The building underwent restorations during the 1990s and visitors can now see the rooms the Mozart family lived in in their former glory.

Open daily 9am-6pm. During July and August open 9am-7pm.
