Lebrija Palace-Museum - Seville
The home of the Countess of Lebrija combines the beauty of its architecture with priceless Roman mosaics, azulejos from various periods, Arab well kerbings and countless Columbine, Arab and Roman artefacts. You can also admire its superb collections of paintings, tapestries and porcelain. The ground-floor with its Roman mosaics from Italica and the famous mahogany staircase with its marble steps, azulejos decor and mudejar coffered ceiling can be seen for approximately 4 euros. To see more, in other words the 1st floor with its period furniture and canvases, you will have to pay 8 euros. By doing this, you will however get a clear idea of what a Sevillian palace looked like.
