La Fabrica - Seville

La Fabrica is a little known bar / restaurant, situated in the old railway station of Northeast Torreon, which has now been transformed into a shopping mall. The building dates back to the late 19th century and reflects the architecture of Andalusia at that time, its design was inspired by a courtyard of the Alhambra in Granada and the Mosque of Tangier. The bar has several rooms: the ground floor space is reserved for a drinking and eating tapas while the upper floor serves Andalusian meals (meat, fish, salad). La Fabrica also has an outdoor terrace and a very nice micro-brewery, and the bar makes its own beer. The decoration is composed of barrels, machines and objects used to produce beer, giving a typical atmosphere of an old tavern. Prices are a little high but the quality of products and professionalism of the staff make up for this.
