Jesuit Church - Vienna

The Jesuit Church was built in 1627 and is dedicated to St Ignatius of Loyala, St François-Xavier and since the 18th century, to Our Lady of the Assumption. As you will see, there is an interesting protectorate. You can pray to the Virgin Mary (for which the cult is criticised by Protestants) and the two most important saints to the Jesuits- St Ingatius of Loyala, the founder of the Company of Jesus, and St François-Xavier, the first Jesuit missionary.
