Church of Our Lady - Bruges

The Church of Our Lady dates mainly from the 13th century. You are sure to be pleasantly surprised by both the height and distinctiveness of its 100 metre (330 feet)-tall brick tower. Once inside, don’t miss the chance to see Michelangelo’s magnificent marble statue of the Virgin and Child. The church’s small museum is also worth a visit. It is famous for its collection of medieval tombs, including those of Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, and his daughter, Mary of Burgundy.
