Calle Sierpes - Seville

The Calle Sierpes is Seville's most famous shopping street. It has been pedestrianised and leads off from the Plaza de San Francisco. You'll find every kind of boutique here, not to mention cafés, patisseries and tapas bars, which makes it an incredibly lively area both day and night. As you walk along you'll see a wall. This used to belong to Seville prison, so spare a thought for Cervantes, as it was there that he wrote Don Quixote.
