Beisbroek Observatory and Planetarium - Sint-Andries

The public observatory at Beisbroek is dedicated to amateur astronomy. In its planetarium, which is one of the most modern in Europe, you can track the movement of the planets from the northern hemisphere as well as you could from the southern hemisphere. On top of this, as well as a permanent exhibition, there is a variety of astronomical equipment, such as an observation tower, telescopes and monoculars. Everything is presented in a fun, interactive, richly educational way: you’ll have stars in your eyes!
