the gay district of Paris

Le Marais, the gay district of Paris

The capital hosts its largest gay community in the historical Marais district of the oldest in all of Paris, known for its narrow streets and pretty squares . The Marais is riding on the 3rd and 4th arrondissements, and one can not characterize the entire neighborhood as gay: the homosexual community has strong from St. Mery Street and Street of the Holy Cross of Bretonnerie. Fashion boutiques, clothes and decor are many cafes and bars also, as wacky hair salons that look more like boxes for date night! The unique atmosphere of the Marais gay still attracts more people, and on weekends, we can blame the district over-population! At night, the Marais remains vibrant, and most bars show the rainbow sky flag in front. Some addresses have the advantage of originality, but it's not in the Marais you'll save when you go out!
