Whitney Museum - New_York


The Whitney Museum of American Art holds a rich collection of works from American artists such as Pollock, Warhol, Rothko, Hopper and many others, and holds one permanent exhibition and 15 temporary exhibitions each year. The building is an immense block of granite - work of Marcel Breuer - where 20th century art takes pride of place in presenting young national artists.
