Uptown Lounge at Minton's Playhouse - New_York

Created in 1938 by the saxophonist Henry Minton, this club was closed for 30 years, before Robert DeNiro and Drew Nieporent reopened it in 2006. Located on the first floor of the Cecil Hotel, Uptown Lounge at Minton’s Playhouse is now a historic bar and jazz club. On Fridays and Saturdays, the entry fee is $10, but there is a two drink minimum. During the week, you can enjoy happy hour from 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
