The Delancey - New_York

The Delancey is a three-story nightclub on the Lower East Side. You are sure to have a good time at this chic rock club, without the pompous side found at Eleven or Plaid. The main floor looks like a grotto, with its stone walls and paneling. You will hear a mix of rock and disco, played by the DJ. If you are looking for something a little quieter, you can relax in the back room. Head to the basement if you want to hang with a punk rock crowd. The décor is aged despite the mirrors on the walls, but the music is fantastic and groups often come to play on the stage. And don’t forget to visit the roof! The wait is long (the bouncer manages the flow so that it’s not too crowded), but it’s worth it! Here, you won’t hear any music, but you will see superb decoration: benches, fountains, palm trees, barbecue, etc. It’s the perfect place to have a drink and rest a little before heading back to the dance floor!
