Piper - Rome

Piper is one of the most stylish, sleekest clubs in the Eternal City and is hailed as its first discotheque. A symbol of dissent and anti-conformism, it is frequented by a young twenty-something crowd who religiously follow new music trends. Opened in 1965, Piper has been named as the club responsible for turning Rome’s then dull nightlife around and has long been at the forefront of musical discoveries - it is even said that numerous dances of the swinging sixties were created here! With a capacity of 1000 people, the club often organises afternoons for teenagers, gay evenings and live concerts. So get on down to Piper Club - you are sure to have a good night! After all, there is a reason why this club is still going strong after 45 years!
