Caesar temple - Roma

In 29 B.C. was a temple dedicated by Augustus to deified Julius Caesar. It is said to be built at the very place where Julius Caesar had been burnt after his death, instead of the column that was a tribute to him. In the podium's hemicycle, there was an altar where Caesar was supposed to lie and a statue of him with a star above his head, like on some coins.
